It is like the dew of Mount Hermon
falling on the hills of Jerusalem.
There the Lord gives his blessing of life forever.
Psalm 133:3 (NCV)

The mission statement of Mount Hermon is “a place to refresh your soul.” In a world in which individuals and families live under constant stress and pressure it’s nice to find a place where you can find communion with God and your neighbor.

Mount Hermon is a small, family size church that offers all the warmth and love one would come to expect. We have three worship services, a traditional service every Sunday at 11:00 AM and a contemporary service every first Sunday of the month at 9:30 AM, and a Youth service every Sunday night at 6:30pm

If you are looking for a place to worship and fellowship in a non-threatening, family friendly atmosphere then Mount Hermon is the place to come to refresh your soul. Come by and be our guest at Mount Hermon Baptist Church, “a place to refresh your soul.”

In His Care,
Pastor Mark

Homecoming

Mount Hermon is celebrating 223-years of church history with a homecoming set for Sunday, October 17, 2010.  Please make plans to attend as we thank God for his faithfulness and the faithfulness of past and current church members.

Promotion

Please congratulate Pastor Mark for his promotion to the rank of Major in the U.S. Air Force.  Pastor Mark has served as a reserve chaplain for the past ten years.  Please pray for Pastor Mark and his family as he has been called up to active duty for two months (August and September).  He will serve in Aviano, Italy in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  His primary responsibility is to backfill for an active duty chaplain who is deployed to the Middle East.  Pray for all our troops.
